Michael Tanenhaus is the President, CEO and Head Maven at Mavenspire, which he founded in 1999. Throughout his career, he has helped clients and employers stay ahead of the curve. Having worked in most of the major verticals, Michael has intimate knowledge of the politics and challenges that come from trying to bring an idea to execution and the steps to take to get things done. Today, Michael is passionately focused on helping clients harness the power of technology to succeed. Michael’s been in the IT space for a long time: He founded his first company at age 13 and, as a teen, operated the Fighternet hub in Central Florida (how emails were delivered before internet). Fun fact: Michael was one of the first Team Members at Universal Studios Florida and saw the construction and operation of the Cray computer that powered the Back to the Future ride.

Jessica Tanenhaus is the VP, Field Teams at Mavenspire, overseeing project implementations locally, nationally and throughout the world. Jessica has worked for small businesses and Fortune 500 companies in varying verticals, giving her insight on the wide variety of clients that Mavenspire serves. With services being a critical piece of Mavenspire’s vision and growth path, Jessica is excited to have the privilege of helping the company fulfill its potential. After meeting Michael on a text-based MUD while she was in college, Jessica moved to Maryland and completed her Opera degree at Johns Hopkins Peabody Institute. In her spare time, Jessica is a songwriter and composer, collaborating with musicians across the globe.

Debbie Schwartz joined Mavenspire in January 2020 as the VP, Marketing and Customer Experience, focused on telling the authentic Mavenspire story, delivering leads to the Sales team, and ensuring that the company delivers on its brand promises. After 15+ years in data-driven marketing, Debbie took the road less traveled and co-founded Transamerica’s corporate innovation center, creating processes and culture change for 6,000 employees to nurture intrepreneurs and their promising ideas. Not a technologist herself, Debbie learns through osmosis, having grown up in a family of technology entrepreneurs. A curious and fast learner, Debbie enjoys exploring new industries and is constantly surprised at how core innovation strategy principles are adaptable in a variety of situations. Outside of Mavenspire, Debbie moonlights as the volunteer marketing director for her 13yo’s first business, iBuild by Miriam.

Mike McBride is the most recent addition to the Mavenspire Executive Team, joining in January 2022 as VP of Channel and Strategy. Mike has over 25 years of technology experience working with Fortune 500 companies, small firms and start-ups across several different industries. Leveraging his knowledge and experience in technology and business processes, Mike has consistently focused his career on providing solutions that increase value and drive efficiencies.
Mike joined the Mavenspire team after 10+ years of working with the company as a vendor and partner and repeatedly recognizing the value of the partnership. In his current role, Mike concentrates on enhancing Mavenspire’s channel offerings and management while also providing input into broader approaches toward winning for, and with, customers. In his spare time, if he’s not appreciating good food (we are a foodie culture, after all), Mike enjoys traveling, often checking off destination boxes across the United States and around the world.
